Druids Glen
Druids Glen is often referred to as "The Augusta of Europe." The flora and fauna of the Glen provide a colorful backdrop to a magnificent course. The forests and streams produce a haven for wildlife in what was once a home to the Druids. Design duo Pat Ruddy and Tom Craddock were given the brief to create the best inland course in Ireland. The classic parkland course features many signature holes and provides golfers with a thrilling golf experience amidst a beautifully manicured landscape. Druids Glen was the Home of the Irish Open for 4 years and has hosted many of the world’s greatest golfers, including Nick Faldo, Ernie Els, Retief Goosen and Jose-Maria Olazabal. Druids Glen was also the site of Sergio Garcia’s final round 64, where he captured his first professional victory as a teenager.
